Q 2: Could you please explain the following Ayah (meanings of which are translated as): Verily, those who believe and those who are Jews and Christians, and Sabians, whoever believes in Allâh and the Last Day and does righteous good deeds shall have their reward with their Lord, on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. ?

A: After explaining the status of those who opposed Allah's Commands and committed sins and the punishment that befell them in the preceding Ayahs, Allah (Exalted be He) tells in this Ayah that anyone who did good deeds from among the past nations and obeyed Him will have the best reward. The same will apply to all people until the Day of Resurrection. Anyone who follows the illiterate Messenger and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) will attain eternal bliss. They will neither have fear of what they will meet in the future, nor grieve for what they leave behind. To gain more beneficial knowledge regarding the Ayah concerned, you may refer to Tafsir of Ibn Kathir and other books of Tafsir. (Part No. 3; Page No. 150) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
