After considering the Fatwa request and examining the card in question, the Committee gave the following answer:
It is not permissible to approve, sell, buy, or circulate the so-called "Muhammad's ID Card." This card must be destroyed due to the prohibited statements it contains that do not befit the status of Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He), His Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), or Jibril (Gabriel, peace be upon him). Moreover, it leads to
exaggerated veneration of the Prophet (peace be upon him) or wearing it as an amulet by children and others seeking its blessings.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
