Q 3:
If a man commits Zina (adultery) with a woman, then marries her and repents to Allah four months later; is his marriage contract valid?
A:
It is not permissible for a man to marry the woman whom he committed Zina with as the marriage contract with her is not valid (Part No. 18; Page No. 384) until she repents and her waiting period goes by. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
