A:
If
you vomit during the daytime in Ramadan unwillingly, (Part No. 9; Page No. 197) your Sawm is valid and you do not have to make up for that day. It was related by
Abu Dawud,
Al-Tirmidhy, and others on the authority of
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said:
Anyone who has a sudden attack of vomiting while fasting is not required to make it up, but anyone who vomits intentionally must make it up.
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
