Washing the hands three times during Wudu'

Q 1: What is the ruling on a person who intends to perform Wudu' (ablution), and while washing their hands they break wind? Is it sufficient that they have already washed their hands, and there is no need to wash them again or should they wash them again after breaking wind? (Part No. 4; Page No. 77

A: The Sunnah (action following the teachings of the Prophet) is to wash the hands three times before washing the face, after having performed Istinja' (cleansing the private parts with water after urination or defecation). If a person is going to perform Wudu' after waking up at night, they should wash their hands three times before putting them into the pot of water and before washing their face.May Allah grant us success.
