It is impermissible for Muslims in general to watch immoral movies during Ramadan or otherwise, but the sin is graver when it is committed in Ramadan.
If the fasting person ejaculates due to sexual arousal, the Sawm is invalid and it is Wajib (obligatory) on him to make up for that day. (Part No. 9; Page No. 213) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
