Q: Is it permissible
to enter the toilet while wearing a necklace with the name of Allah or the Prophet or some Ayahs (Qur'anic verses) on it?
A:
All Praise is due to Allah Alone and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger, his family, and Companions.
To commence:
Doing so is Makruh (disliked). However, there is a Rukhsah (concession) in case of fearing loss (Part No. 5; Page No. 96) that a person may enter the toilet while wearing such a necklace so as to preserve it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
