Women going out to markets without wearing Hijab

421

(Part No. 17; Page No. 277)  A: What you have mentioned is not an excuse for women to go out to the markets without Hijab. If there is a necessity for a woman to go out, she has to wear the Hijab. If it is possible for her not to leave her home, or go out with a Mahram (spouse or permanently unmarriageable relative), this is more proper. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
