Q 5:
A father prevents his daughter from wearing Niqab (face veil); is it permissible for her to wear it without his knowledge
or against his will? It should be taken into consideration that her father is vulnerable to sadness which causes him trouble and complications.
A:
She has to wear Hijab (veil) in order to obey Allah (Exalted be He) even if her father dislikes this, for there is no obedience to a creature in defiance to the Creator. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
