As the money will be repaid to the participants' heirs after their death, Zakah is due on it every year, unless you remove this condition. If you use the money in order to draw close to Allah (Glorified be He) by using it for the purpose you identified, without returning it to the participants or their heirs, then no Zakah is due on the money.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
