A:
Building on graves is impermissible, as it is authentically reported that the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Prohibited the plastering of graves, sitting on them, and building over them.
Related by
Muslim in his Sahih (authentic) Book of Hadith from
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him). Thus, it is concluded that the mentioned building should be removed, according to this Hadith. As for visiting the grave, there is no harm in it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
