A 2: There is no harm in collecting money and allocating it to sending back the bodies of the deceased Muslims to be buried in an Islamic cemetery, since moving them in the case as mentioned in the question is necessary. There is no Zakah due on the money collected for this purpose, since this money does not belong to a certain person and because it is gathered to spend on charity activities.May Allah grant us success. May Allah's Peace and Blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family and his Companions!
