The Adhan is a collective obligation. Additionally, it is an indicator of the due time for prayer and an invitation to come to prayer. It is not sufficient to announce it by a recording machine. Muslims in all places where regular prayers are established have to appoint someone who can do it properly to call it when the time of prayer is due.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
