If
the Imam adds a fifth Rak`ah to a four-Rak`ah Salah (Prayer consisting of four units) mistakenly and does not know about it except after Taslim, he has to offer Sujud-ul-Sahw while facing the Qiblah (Ka`bah-direction faced in Prayer), due to the increase he has introduced to his Salah, then (Part No. 7; Page No. 134) say Taslim.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
