Q 2: It is axiomatically known in medicine that a person who undergoes an operation needs a narcotic. It is probable in this case that they will miss some obligatory Salahs (prayers) while in such a state.
Is this person regarded as a person who
is naturally unconscious in regards to not making up for the missed Salah?

He has to make up for the Salah he missed the same as a person who is sleeping.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
