A: Reciting from a copy of the Qur'an in the Tarawih Prayers is permissible if the Imam is not a memorizer of the Holy Qur'an, as it was authentically reported that some of the Salaf (Righteous predecessors) would do it.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
