A:
The Salah is valid
even if women passed in front of him (Part No. 5; Page No. 432) in Al-Masjid Al-Haram because of necessity in this situation. Allah (Exalted be He) says:
...and He has not laid upon you in religion any hardship
May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
